May 7, 2007 – Las Vegas, Nevada, USA – The Signature at MGM Grand, a joint venture project between MGM Mirage and Turnberry Associates, has opened the doors on the third and final tower. The 38-story, 475-foot structure, offers 576 units, and features a private 24-hour gym that raises the bar for all Las Vegas high-rise resorts. The tower’s fitness center was designed and developed by Inspiri Wellness LLC, who has long been the preferred specialist of choice for MGM Grand, Mirage, and Turnberry Associates, amongst others. The unique details are readily apparent, ranging from custom state-of-the-art equipment to varied flooring surfaces and highly functional build-ins. Dave Mars, who oversaw development of the amenity for MGM Mirage, not only applauded Inspiri for completing the installation ahead of schedule, but added: “Those that I have crossed paths with in the lobby rave about the fitness center, calling it ‘amazing’. As someone who enjoys working out, I have to agree. It balances beautifully form and function.”

The condominium hotel, although designed as a quiet enclave, is in the heart of the Las Vegas action. From the moment one passes through the private gated entrance of the secluded retreat, it is immediately unmistakable that The Signature at MGM Grand is far more than a luxury hotel. The pampering continues inside with pillow-top beds, lavish bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, upscale linens, and both gourmet in-suite dining and concierge services around the clock. This five-star hospitality extends into the fitness center, where chilled towels and beverages, along with fresh fruit, are but a few of the standard offerings.
