January 7, 2009 – Las Vegas, Nevada, USA – Today marks the public unveiling of Juhl in downtown Las Vegas, representing the latest example of CityMark Development’s tradition of revitalizing urban areas of distinction and unique historic character. Located at the corner of 4th and Bonneville, Juhl is just blocks from world-renowned Fremont Street. Awarded through an RFP, CityMark entered into an ENA and DDA with the city after winning the competition.
Inspiri Wellness was recruited by CityMark to design, coordinate development, and launch Juhl’s Core Fitness Center. Eileen Lenz of Inspiri chose to feature Matrix cardiocascular and strength equipment within the two-story wellness amenity located on the 8th and 9th levels, overlooking the beautifully landscaped central courtyard with rooftop pool, spa and viewing deck. Personal entertainment monitors can be found on each treadmill, elliptical trainer, and bike, all positioned with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip. Selectorized weight machines, functional cable apparatus, and the inclusion of free weight dumbbells create an all-encompassing resistance training environment.

Juhl’s contemporary urban architecture is the work of award-winning architects Martinez + Cutri. The project incorporates six different buildings – rising six to fifteen stories – forming a striking signature on the Las Vegas skyline. There are 341 urban loft and townhome residences at Juhl ranging in size from 713- to 1,728-square-feet, and 100 different floor plans to choose from. Gated internal parking is available to residents and their guests, along with firsthand access to over 24,000-square-feet of retail space.
